Easy Steve - Easy Purchase

From the moment we walked on the lot (super clean; despite major construction in front of dealership) until I drove off, it was an extremely pleasant, easy, relaxing (no high pressure) experience. Steve made us feel completely comfortable and 'at home'. As a female purchaser, I cannot say enough good things about my experience: respectful, professional and fun. My husband purchased a Ford from Mr. Utter (Sr.) years ago and recommended I try Bill Utter Ford, after I had had an extremely unpleasant experience with another (Ford) dealership in our hometown. In fact, I was so disillusioned after my bad experience, I swore I'd never purchase another Ford, even though I'm a third generation Ford owner. However, your fine team restored my belief in Ford and the Ford experience. Brandon and Steve were exceptional professionals, and I loved working with Denise for the 'finishing touches'. I love my new 2017 Fusion and highly recommend you give "Easy Steve" a visit! It's what car buying should be!

Very good experience

Steve was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely will tell others to visit Steve. No pressure at all just answered all of the questions that I asked

Easiest Trade in Ever!

I received a letter from Doyle Chaffin that he could guarantee a trade in of my 2013 Focus and get me into a 2017 with payment of equal or less. I went to see him and he got me into a 2017 Escape and was true to his word. Doyle is outstanding in customer service and character and will only buy from him. Great Dealership!

Easiest Vehicle Purchase Ever

Doyle and Carl are a pleasure to do business with. I got a great deal and it was the easiest car purchae I have ever made. We will be buying all our vehicles from them for now on.

Professional

Custom ordered F350 and was able to set down and go line by line deleting and adding the items I wanted and they updated my thru the build as fords website apparently does not work even if you have the vin number ! Way to go Bill Utter Ford and thanks I would have been lost with out my sales person Kim Payne and his answers to my questions. Thanks

Long ago I went to Ford on a recommendation by a friend. And I meet Doyle Chaffin. He has helped me with 3 cars now. He is professional, helpful and very patient. He goes as they say that extra mile.
