Custom ordered F350 and was able to set down and go line by line deleting and adding the items I wanted and they updated my thru the build as fords website apparently does not work even if you have the vin number ! Way to go Bill Utter Ford and thanks I would have been lost with out my sales person Kim Payne and his answers to my questions. Thanks

Michael was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable (or willing to find out) and really wanted to earn our Business. He checked on everything we asked for and even came in on his day off to help us on another day (when we actually bought the car) with no guarantee that we would actually buy. We were willing to buy a color we hadn't originally considered because we really wanted to buy from Michael and we love our new explorer!

I have delt with Adam Russell and bought 2 cars in the past 3 years from him. I have worked at Ford dealerships for almost 30 years and seen many car sales people in this time frame and Adam is the best one. If I need another new or used car I will be sure to look him up.
