Great customer service in all departments!
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also mentioned that I could not download my phonebook. I appreciated the fact that they tried to download my phonebook while I was there. Unfortunately, it would't download for them either. The service on my car was very prompt! I also liked that I was able to watch the beginning of the Alabama game while I was there! I will need to take my car back down for someone to determine why the phonebook will not download. With this car, that will be the 3rd time that I've had to take the car in for phone/radio problems. I believe the entire system has already been replaced one time and I've only had the car since May. Otherwise, I love my car and the service that I receive from Ernest McCarty Ford.

Service
My wife and I have bought several vehicles there. When I go in for service I say hello to the people I know and spend time looking at your new inventory. I am always confident the vehicle being serviced will be professionally completed. We currently have a 2014 F250 Super Duty Diesel 4x4 and a 2012 Ford Expedition. The Expedition was what I was having serviced when I was last there. Your service writers, Steve and Kelly are always friendly and helpful.
