2004 Ford Lariat F150 I just prefer to use quality Ford parts an service. And one of your employes Jeff Newman is a good friend and a employee.

The overall service was good. The service advisor was great. The service techs for some reason can't reset the oil life on the vehicles. The last 2 times I have had my oil change they didn't do it.

Great Services from great people

Only little negative thing I have is I called to see if my vehicle was ready around lunch and was told it was. When I got there that evening, it was finished but still up on the service rack. They had finished it the night before so I'm not sure what happened there. It didn't take 10 minutes to get it down and pulled to the front so no big deal really. Besides that, everything else was great as usual. Bob was very helpful by helping me pick out tires for my vehicle, will definitely ask for him each time I need tires.

Safety Manager

I purchased a 2015 Explorer. Jimmy Blue sales associate was extremely helpful and pleasant. Only issue was that the vehicle's interior could have been cleaner. There was dirty finger prints around the interior along with a black ash material.
