I purchased my vehicle with warranty in 2019.

I purchased my vehicle with warranty in 2019. I have consistently returned for oil changes, repairs and any other vehicle needs. Every single time, it is a positive experience. JJ Kinney was my assigned technician and he is always so kind and cordial. His customer service goes above and beyond what is usually expected. In my last visit, he was very diligent in ensuring that my time wasn't being wasted sitting in the lobby by being in constant contact with my warranty company. He offered to have someone take me to get something to eat since I hadn't anticipated being there so long. He made sure to offer refreshments and in the end, I left with a loaner vehicle. JJ kept in contact with me at every decision point and made sure I understood timelines and expectations. While I live in Indy and pass many dealerships on the way to Martinsville, I wouldn't change a thing. They have a customer for life.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! Our 20 year GM dealer! We’ve bought 4 new cars and had them all serviced at Hobson. Never a problem or complaint with their team’s outstanding work!

My tire pressure system had a problem as the message came

My tire pressure system had a problem as the message came up on my dashboard. I called Hobson and was able to get an appointment right away. The problem was fixed in a timely manner. I want to say thanks to JJ Kinney for his help in this matter. Several years ago, I was in town visiting family. I had my car serviced and was very pleased with Hobson Chevy. I do recommend Hobson.

Normally great service from friendly people.

Normally great service from friendly people. This time much different. Had a planned trip out of town, leaving Wednesday. Dropped car off on Monday afternoon to have a set of tires on and an oil change. Finally got my car back on Wednesday afternoon, 6 hours after I was supposed to leave on my trip. I had to call 4 times over the 2 days for status updates. All I got was half hearted apologies.

Great sale and service experience. I will not go anywhere else to buy or service my vehicles. The staff is very friendly and answers all my questions.

Hobson Service "Overboard"

Took my Buick Encore to Hobson for a oil change on my 2016 Buick Encore. Took about one hour and cost $60 and change. There was a "misc parts"charge for $25 in addition to the oil filter kit. When I started to Inquire why a oil change was so expensive and what the $25 part was, my wife told me to be quiet. Oh, they also tried to tell me I needed new tires and that they could put them on for me. I Declined. I've purchased my new vehicles from this dealership for over 50 years but the Service Department has gone off the deep end.

Maintenance

Service time was fine. They wrote the wrong mileage down in my paperwork so the mileage sticker is off too. Went in with washer fluid low light on and got the truck back with it on. I thought fluids were topped off during this $250 service. Glad it was a fleet truck and I wasn?t paying out of my own pocket for it.

Amazingly happy!!

I have gotten my last 3 cars from here! The staff is always amazing and willing to help you! Lucinda is great! I recommend her 1000% big heart! It can be a timely process! But they are doing their job crossing t’s and doting the I’s. To help you too!!
