My experience was awful, the salesman and my wife completely disregarded what I wanted (to spend as little as possible) and the wife picked out the most decked out truck they had!!!!!

Long wait time after appointment scheduled, waiting room was hot and no TV working.

I needed a new ac condenser and they came in 800 dollars under a competitor dealership. Outstanding customer service and complete repairs in less than 24 hours. They earned my business.

I contacted Moe while still at work. Test drove the vehicle I liked on my lunch and Moe did everything he could get finished before I even left work for the day. I was in and out with my brand new vehicle within 40 minutes.

Traded a 2021 truck for 2022 and at same time had my 2021 Yukon XL Denali serviced

Had a great experience from start to finish purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve long-distance from the Atlanta area. Lucinda on the Sales side and Chris on the finance/business side were professional and easy to work with. I initiated the deal on a Monday and flew up Saturday to take delivery. Was picked-up at the Airport and driven back to the dealership. Vehicle was as-advertised and within 30 minutes was on my way. Friendly staff and comfortable experience.

I feel the the oil change, tire rotation, & balance took about an hour. This is probably a normal amount of time. I do feel that the price of 134.00 was excessive & I may look for other options in the future for this service.
