A lot of waiting around.

A lot of waiting around. Not good communication. New car delivered with adhesive on windshield, scuff marks all over inside trunk paneling. Delivery of car delayed, so salesperson didn’t have enough time going over features…lots electronic features, very overwhelming.

Horrible service!

Horrible service! Didn’t know the proper procedure to do my oil change! I waited over 5 hours (with my newborn baby) for a simple oil change! When I finally left, my car was making a horrible sound. Not even 1 mile from the dealership, my car had the whole street filled with smoke!! I immediately turned around and they basically told me they didn’t know what they were doing. Allegedly did it the right way but now my air is not working in 90 degree weather. I don’t know what they did wrong but I will never take my car back to them to find out. The worst place I’ve ever bought a car, from the buying to the service.

As always, Mark helped me find what I wanted and took great care of me and my family. I would highly recommend Tameron Hyundai and Mark! Jay Johnson is great! He has been there on multiple occasions to walk me through all my benefits and explained everything to me in a way that I could easily understand.
