After a week, I had to call for an update as they did not bother to reach out to me once diagnosed. At the end of three weeks, they will not answer the phone or return messages. Had to go in person and he acted like they did not care. Zero communication

The service department is horrible!
The service department is horrible! They don’t communicate! They lost my car! It’s a mess!! I dread going in to have my car serviced!! The employees are so rude too!! It’s a horrible experience every time!!
