Great customer service and quality of work performed on last service visit for my 2025 Ram Laramie.

The USB plug and radio needed service. The radio was reset but the problem still exists with the USB I was told the part needed to be ordered. My car was there for 2 days and nothing was done except they reset the radio which didn’t fix the problem at all. I called the service dept back at least 3 times but to date I have not er heard back from them.
