Cheyenne was non-existent during my vehicle repair. Vehicle was there for 6 days and I never received a single update. I had to call on 2 different occasions to find out the status and she was just as rude and impersonal at pickup without as much as a greeting. Do not recommend at all!

I made an appointment to have my car looked at and wasn't informed they would have my car in the shop for multiple days until I called at the end of the day and was told they haven't done anything with my car yet. They don't provide loaners or rental cars and was told that was my responsibility. Being new to town and not knowing anyone, it was impossible for me to keep my car at the shop, especially when they're just holding my car and not doing anything to fix the problem. I would've liked more communication and understanding as well as clarification that having an appointment doesn't mean anything.

I was in a bind and thought I was having transmission issues. They quickly diagnosed my issue, ordered parts, and fixed my vehicle sooner than expected!

We bought a brand new vehicle New Years Eve.
We bought a brand new vehicle New Years Eve. Got it home and it had many things wrong with it. Called our salesman and he told us to bring it in. The seat wouldn’t move, the window had a bubble in it causing the front view to be distorted, and the console in back was broken, some charging ports wouldn’t charge, seat heaters wouldn’t stay on and the front collision wouldn’t go off. Took it back the next day and was given a loaner. Had the loaner 18 days. Was told the car was ready. Went to pick it up and the car was filthy (was told it would be detailed), chargers still don’t work, window still not fixed, and seat heaters still broken. Asked the sales manager if this was common after spending $100,000 on a vehicle and he said no. Asked if this was how they gave out brand new cars to people and was agreed that it wasn’t acceptable but nothing was done. Cody, in the service department has gone above and beyond for us. He takes care of us and has gone out of his way. He is the only positive experience we’ve had. Car will have to go back in for multiple day service for the windshield and seats and who knows how long it will take. So in 20 days, I’ve had my brand new car a total of 2 days. This is unacceptable and I would never recommend this dealership.
