I was looking for my new truck for several weeks. I visited several dealerships in the Atlanta area, but I felt that I was not getting the best service. Right after the first call from Danny Pelegrin at Landmark, I knew I could work with them. Mike Wise had all the details worked out for me and I was able to come in and make my purchase quickly and easily. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Excellent and Smooth Process
Amy Wiley was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. She carefully walked us through the process and assured us that she would be with us until everything was complete. It is very rare these days to find people who care and seem to have their customers best interest at heart. We found her to be very informative, caring, extremely courteous and helpful in every way. Landmark's process was a quick one unlike most dealerships where you are inconvenienced for a whole day.

Very Satisfied with New Car Purchase!
Experienced excellent customer service from Brandon and Danny Pelegrin purchasing a new 2012 Chrysler 300C. Was looking for a specific color with certain options. They did not have the exact car I was looking for, and I thought I would have to order the car. They worked with me, and we agreed on a fair price, then proceeded to process the paperwork. Danny went to the "Chrysler network" to search for a car matching my request. He found one that exactly matched the color/options I was looking for and had it for me within two days. Very courteous and professional service from everyone at the dealership that was involved in the transaction.

This was the 3rd new vehicle I have purchased there and every visit was like visiting old friends! I work with the same great saleaman, Ernest Hamilton because he is up to date on all Chrysler products so when I tell him what our needs are he knows just what particular models I will be interested in. Even when I want to test drive other new models just in, Ernest says no probelm. We usually spend 4-5 hours every visit so we also have lunch on them, when they are doing the great BBQ! And the prices can't be beat, but beware that as a buyer sometimes you MUST know how to negociate prices and options as all dealers are trying to make a profit. The question is, how much are you going to give them. Service dept is great, clean and easy to get to and great waiting area.

Awful Experience!!!
DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!! They are very shady. We came in just to look had no intention of buying. Well we started talking to a salesman and asked him to run some numbers. We have USAA pricing so we get a pretty good deal on cars. We were upfront about it. Well almost immediately a manager comes over to take over for the sales man and his numbers start not adding up correctly. Finally, we got him down to a price that seemed reasonable but we still wanted to think about it. They had my husband's driver license from the test drive. He kept asking for it back and they'd go back to the office and act like they were getting it and they'd come back with a new offer no license this went on for like 45 minutes. We were getting upset. Finally they gave us an offer that seemed unbelievable almost 6500 off. Still not 100% we were ready to buy we asked for the license again another manager comes out to talk to us. We kept saying no they kept pushing. Finally, we get it back and leave come home and they have the price listed below what they offered us and had told us not even employees could get that price. Very, very pushy shady salesman. DO NOT use this dealership unless you like feeling used!!

My 20 year old son is a student at UGA. We set out to look specifically for a low mileage, late model Wrangler with manual trans. Oh, btw... it also had to be either Red or Black. We visited and drove vehicles from the 3 closest dealerships to our home beginning Sunday afternoon. Landmark was our last visit. The salesman and his manager were able to locate two Jeeps (one Red and one Black). We drove both and bought the black one within 48 hours of walking in the dealership. The negotiations were professional and the final price was excellent. One last comment... After taking delivery of the Jeep my son and I opened the hood to look at the motor. Without us asking, the guys at Landmark had steam cleaned everything under the hood. It's a 2010 but looks brand new, like it has never been driven. Thanks for a great buying experience! We'll definitely be back.

Excellent customer service and best price
My husband was set on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. We thought that we would only be able to afford a previous model or a used version. TJ and Danny at Landmark helped us get a brand new 2012 Overland Summit which we were thrilled about! They even went to Alabama to get the car as there wasn't one available in our desired color and features in Georgia. Danny worked with us on financing to get to a comfortable monthly payment, and we even received some accessories at no extra charge. In addition, Danny came to our home to finalize some paperwork so as not to inconvenience us with another trip to the dealership- this is EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Thanks Landmark for our great car and a very pleasant buying experience.

Buying My New Car
