Unhappy

I feel I got terrible service. My vehicle was there for 11 days before they ever looked at it and ignored me when I asked for a loaner. I had to cancel several appointments and hitch rides to work. I was never contacted to update me on the status. I had to do all the calling. I feel like I was basically put to the side because I was a woman and too nice. I did learn one lesson, it doesn’t pay to be nice people will walk over you.

Salesman and support staff were good, and professional. We are having problems accessing videos for the vehicle we purchased. We have tried several times access the videos.

Do not want to share

I have a Mew Truck that has had to get more repairs due to competence of Techs that are not paying attention then any truck I have ever had. I am seriously considering getting rid of truck just so I do not have to go back to that dealership.

Best Dealership Around!

We shopped all over town for a new SUV that would accommodate our budget and needs. The staff at Gene Messer Ford was friendly, patient, and most of all very knowledgeable in every subject of the car buying business. So far we've purchased 3 vehicles from Gene Messer over the years and will continue to go back. Ashley the Car Guy got us the absolute best deal in the perfect family vehicle for us.
