Good customer service would recommend thumbs up

Service was great pleasant people courtesy friendly will recommend friends and family overall very clean. Had to wait a bit they were very busy on a Saturday.

Excellent Experience

I took my Ford Escape in for regular service this morning. This was the first time I had visited the Gene Messer Ford service department, and I was very pleased. Jerrod was very helpful and informative and made me feel very comfortable. The service was done quickly, and the whole experience was very positive. I will definitely make Gene Messer Ford my dealership of choice for taking care of my vehicle.

Gene Messer Ford of Lubbock TX. does not have any concerns about follow up customer service. I called to get a price check on a service and service rep. said they would have to call me back with the info., nobody could help me at that time. Two days later and no call from the dealer, so I cancelled a scheduled oil change I had for Jan. 5th. I had forgot that this was the main reason I quit doing business with them. The same kind of issues happen many months ago with their service department

Service dept was very professional and courteous. In addition to performing factory service they also took care of an issue for me that had not been noticed when I purchased the truck a year ago.
