Excellent customer service and follow up.

Scheduled a service appointment with Jennifer and she was nothing but professional. The vehicle was a very unique RV and I knew it was in good hands. In and out quickly!

Respectful service dept

Another good experience

Glenn in service took care of me and genuinely seemed interested in making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. My vehicle was even ready before he promised me it would be. I will be going back for my next service.

I repairs

Made an appointment a week in advance and told them of issue. Work truck thru fleet program.kept truck 2 1:2weeks. Staff friendly but service in and out not possible

Great Customer Service

I was in the Lubbock area for business when my truck broke down. I luckily selected Gene Messer Ford to assess the problem and perform the repairs. I live in Houston and my work in the Lubbock area was going to be completed in two days. Miraculously, they were able to get all of the parts and complete the repairs within this timeframe. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership were friendly and professional. Special thanks to Barbara.
