Ten days before they touched it.

The service department has you take the car to them before they put it on the schedule. It always takes much too long. This time, my car sat in their parking lot for 10 days before the technician even looked at it. This can only be the result of poor management at upper management levels. The staff have to keep apologizing for their bosses' lack of management skills.

Fix my Lincoln

They told me 2-3 days for my part. It took 7 to come in. I had to call after 7 days to see if it was in. Was told it had been there for 2 days already. Other than that Glenn work hard to get my part installed Friday instead of Monday

Service of my 2014 Explorer

Set up an appointment and the took the right in and had it serviced out in a short time. Had it sitting ready for me when I arrived. Glen Norris did a great job of taking care of me.

Great customer service.

Great customer service by everybody involved, but especially Heather who was the agent assigned to me. Also, spoke to Dwane Chapman a few times and he was very courteous and knowledgeable as well. Thank you for making the process pleasant.

I always look forward going to get vehicle serviced. Gene Messer has always serviced our vehicles even though we travel 45 miles, well worth the service we receive.

Repair took 3 weeks to fix a sunroof. Also very poor communication from the service department. Very disappointed in the service for a vehicle that was bought at this dealership. Wouldn’t recommend service department to a friend.
