Ford Fusion Energi

Detail oriented
I have a 2011 explorer . My sync system was totally out of date . The service department updated it and Peter from the back in service who specializes in the technical stuff spent a long time with me going over every feature and making sure I understood how to work my sync system . He is very patient . Great employee ! I feel like I have a whole new car . Thanks .

Great Service
We have 6 Fords that have been bought from Santa Margarita Ford, ranging from Expeditions to a Focus ST. We continue to return to Santa Margarita Ford do to their commitment to the customer. Either purchasing or just ordinary service, the staff goes out of their way to make sure we are happy. Example I called Saturday at 1:30 to see if they had time to do service on my Expedition, Rodger in service said no problem. I was leaving Sunday on and extend trip and forgot I need an oil change on the car before we drove several hundred miles. I had it there by 2:00 and they had it back to me completed and washed by 3:30. That made my Saturday a lot easier. Thanks Rodger and the service team.

Great Experience
We have just purchased a 2015 Ford Transit Wagon to be used for a Senior Residential Home complex. We were looking for a 10 seat passenger van, but was told by many that there were none available. Going to Santa Margarita Ford dealership we were introduced to Tom Glockner, their STV Vehicle specialist. He went out of his way to find us the exact van that we wanted and needed. He helped us with the additional accessories that we needed by getting us the information from the "Mobility Specialists" and working out the details needed for our additional supplies. After we purchased the vehicle he continued to work with us in transporting the van back and forth until it was complete for us. The Dealership also offered to service the other vehicles which the residence owns since we were now customers of theirs. This will be a great help to everyone.
