Excellent experience
After exhaustively researching my wife's next car, we headed to Ford of RSM (and I'm really glad we did). Staff was friendly and never pushy, and we had things wrapped up quick. Now we've got a loaded explorer sport in the driveway and they have a VERY satisfied customer.
