10/10/21 took John miles gmc. Mind you i purchased vehicle here. They Had my 2015 acadia 2 1/2 weeks to replace driver side mirror. Told various lies why it wasn't ready,even told me it was for pick up got to dealer it wasn't ready .said mirror paint dry ,after they told me they sent it to Ford dealer to be painted. got it 10/29/21 and $800 later,after letting mgr.I was preparing to call my attorney on 10/27/21. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. CERTAINLY NOT UP TO GMC CUSTOMER SERVICE. BE FORE WARNED. THIS IS FROM MY EXPERIENCE.

Oil change that lasted 5 days and no explanation
Took my 2014 chevy cruz in for an oil change on 7/27/2021 and on 8/04/2021 there was no oil in the car. Went back on 8/5/2021 to inform them and was told the oil changers are not mechanics and they wouldn't know if there was a leak or not. However, I feel they knew something because I paid extra for them to replace a screw they said had been stripped. That visit was more than 86.00 and you mean to tell me no one can explain this to me. I should have read the review below from a previous customer. Now, I suppose I'll have to take my complaint to BBB.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!! U BEEN WARNED
DO NOT EVER GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE! I CAN’T SAY DON’T BUY HERE,(I WOULDN’T) BUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE DUMPED IN THE LAND FILL. Liars Unreliable Retaliatory and willing to break the law I took my Suburban here approximately a week prior to get oil change, transmission oil change, and 3 recalls. The vehicle was driving really great with not one problem. Once I left the dealership after they kept it two days and left my vehicle sitting outside unprotected, it was running badly and skipping. I figured that since they had just worked on it, maybe the gas was bad so I put in some sea foam and drove out the gas. The vehicle drove steadily worse so I called and spoke to Sandra Boles to advise that it was running badly and I now had a check engine light. I was able to get the vehicle in there the next day, and asked what had been done to make my vehicle begin to act like that. Sandra Boles then began a pattern of lying to include that she had not spoken to me the day previous. She advised that there was nothing done under my hood she advised that the transmission fluid and oil change was done under the vehicle. I then had to remind her that in order to refill the oil, and transmission fluid, you have to open the hood! She then inadvertently advised that the technician who had it last time, was allowed to have control of my vehicle again this time, which was a red flag to me. He worked on it and suddenly I have a problem. Then this visit he has it 10 minutes and comes out advising that I need a new engine. Something is NOT RIGHT!!Did they purposely use the wrong oil? Did they tamper with the engine? I don’t know but they were clearly waiting for me to come back. When I spoke with this so called Service Department Manager Maurice Henderson who is a clueless robot placed in a position because he has a buddy somewhere. He heard Boles lie and try to trick me into believing I was somehow responsible for what they had done, and incidentally Boles had the technician standing right there while I made my complaints so I feel certain that they are definitely sharing in the rip off of customers. Henderson knowing that I am law enforcement kept trying to put things in law enforcement terminology stating that “I want to put things in language that you understand.” How unprofessional ,immature, and condescending can you be? When I asked him about the lies he heard Boles tell and showing him where I had called the day before, he advised that credibility of Boles and the technician were not the problem! What type of idiot does not see that honesty and credibility in dealing with these matters is a problem when you’re being allowed to charge customers thousands of dollars needlessly to line your own pockets?! He advised tha the pins break on these lifters all the time, and basically trashed Chevies stating that those Chevy Engines are unreliable! He then stated that the pins come off all the time and said that even if they had changed spark plugs etc the week before it would not have contributed to the problem, even though the spark plug wires were partially hanging off. I then asked Henderson to please give me my vehicle and that I would not be able to handle it at this level since they were clearly dishonest, and I could not handle the problem at this level. Approximately 20-25 minutes later I was still waiting for my vehicle so I went in and asked could I please have my vehicle, Henderson advised that his technician was still working on it and had to make his notes. I advised that I wanted them to leave my vehicle alone so that I could get it out of there before they had time to damage it even more than they had. Henderson stated that I would have to sign their paperwork basically stating that they had no fault in any of this and I could take my vehicle. I advised in no uncertain terms that I would not be signing anything. Henderson then

Hands down the best experience I've ever had!
Hi, I went into the dealership with a closed mind, not believing that I would drive off in a 2019 Buick Encore that was never registered to anyone else but now was going to be mine! I did not believe I could get approved, went through a divorce that had a VW on it that I just knew would stop me from getting approved but within maybe 10 mins of my application my salesperson came back and said "I want to see a smile under that mask", I was still like right, sure, hmmm, etc. When he said you are approved, I wanted to really break down and cry but I held on because it was by faith that I drove to this dealership after leaving the DMV to exchange my SC to GA and I know without a shadow of a doubt that it was GOD that put it on my heart to go directly to John Miles and the rest is history! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU all for your professionalism, your friendliness and that goes for everyone there, to the encouragement, to the ease of ensuring me that I would be ok and that I was getting a great deal! My salesperson went above and beyond to help me, to encourage me, to right down to praising Jesus with me and my 75 yr. old mother who lives in SC and was on the phone with me to hear those words,"IT'S YOURS" Wow! being turned down even with cash money was not a joke it broke my spirit because I thought CASH was king, but boy was I wrong. Now I was so accustomed to larger SUV like my Chevy Equinox that recently put me to down so it's still taking me some time to get used to the smaller trunk and back seat space. I just want to share that my experience was one that I will never forget ever and I the best part was I did not need another human being to co-sign, I had my spiritual co-signer and that was all I needed. I highly recommend that you visit with John Miles Chevrolet and Buick and tell them Margaret sent you! Ask for Marquez Bigby, my salesperson who was so awesome! Good experience
Originally looking at a new car but ended up buying a late model certified pre owned. Easy process from start to finish. Anthony Johnson was awesome. Got me a better credit rate than my credit union! Still need to have a few things done- so will update if necessary. Having sun roof installed and it was snowing, so full detail later also.

Not honoring warranty
I bout 2 cars and spent alot of money. Transmission goes out in one. I have a 100000 mile warranty. Not honoring warranty and its called FRAUD

Just wow !!!
Wow just wow !!! So I posted a review earlier about this dealership about how I made a appointment 3 weeks ago to have my car looked at and was told I needed to take it to where I purchased it well I called corporate and told them the issue I was dealing with and they said that isn't right so they called the dealership and the dealership told them that my appointment I made three weeks ago was to get in line to have my car looked at 3 weeks from now so they not only wouldn't repair my car but lied to corporate smh does that even make sense to make a appointment ahead of time to make a appointment???
