Service Repair
I brought my 2009 avalanche in for repair, the service light came , replaced TPS cover, reprogram ECM, Service throttle body induction system per factory specs-re-learned isle speed, cleared codes , replaced upper intake gasket a Accelerator pedal position pedal, charged 1557.94. Drive home 4 miles and service light came on again. Called to inform, customer service is Horrible, they keep transferring me to an answering service and dropped called . Finally after asking for service manager to return my call. I dropped my car off for checking cause and they charged me another $115 dollars says not it?s showing misfired code, which wasn?t showing before. The service light is still coming on. I would recommend this service dealer to anyone.

J Miles service department is terrible came in 2/1/19 for oil change only waiting almost 3 hours if you are back up are behind please let customers knew bought my Lacrosse from you all kept getting oil change here know will no longer get oil change are buy a another car.

Rip off!!!!!
My wife drives a 2015 Camaro SS. Keep in mind my wife tells me to slow down when doing 90mph. She is the primary driver and is a very careful driver. Car came with Brembo brakes and for some reason one of the caliper seal broke after 3 years. That cost over $600 to repair. Then after that my wife was complaining about not being to take her key out the ignition. We would have to play with the steering wheel and gear shifter before it released. Took the car back to John Mikes Chevrolet and they said they would have to do some repairs with gear shifter that would cost $408. I told my wife to leave. I researched online and found that there’s a cable that’s connected behind the ignition switch that was causing the key release issue. It literally took me 10 minutes after taking out 3 screws around the steering column. Plus there looks to be a recall because of the same issue. Dealer decided to lie and tried to charge my $408. Will NEVER go back there again.

Car Repair
I had to return my car within two weeks of the repair; the noise continued after installation of water pump. This was very inconvenient because it caused me time and concern after paying over $750.00
