I’m gonna be honest at first I felt like my advisor was

I’m gonna be honest at first I felt like my advisor was competent but as time went on, he showed me otherwise overall good job. I wouldn’t change my advisor for nothing at this point because he did do a good job. I would recommend Mr. Adams. Mr. Adams wasn’t Combative he value my opinion there’s nothing bad that I can say about Nalley infinity. There’s nothing bad that I can say about Mr. Adams overall they did awesome job . My brother told me I just needed to stay off Youtube and let Mr Adam’s do his job .. Mr. Adam’s you deserve all the reward's I’m sorry I gave you hard time …

The oil change was fine, normal dealership pricing but i

The oil change was fine, normal dealership pricing but i got a recommendation to replace hood struts during the free inspection. I don't know where they got the pricing for replacement of the hood struts. $390??? I didn’t have that work done. I bought the struts for $28 (pair) and it took all of 5 minutes to replace and I'm no mechanic. I know they are a dealership and service is where they make their money but the price to do that work is straight up price gouging! I will seriously consider what work I have performed by them moving forward.

I like taking my car to NALLEY to be serviced.

I like taking my car to NALLEY to be serviced. The staff is great, friendly, and knowledgeable. They kept you up to date with what’s happening with regards to your maintenance and also informed you as to what’s necessary to take care of right away, if you can’t afford to fix everything that needs to be fixed, and I like that about them. Malian is my service advisor and he is great.

I was pleased that the wait time was reasonable.

I was pleased that the wait time was reasonable. The waiting area was clean however I didn't see any water available that I could see.
