I brought my car in on Friday to purchase and have tires

I brought my car in on Friday to purchase and have tires installed. My service specialist Adam made sure that I selected the proper tires for my specialized driving style, which are perfect by the way. I couldn’t wait and had an emergency so Adam supplied me with a new Loaner vehicle for the weekend. The team Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta and Adam Ohman continue to be the best dealership I’ve ever experienced. They come up in my conversations all the time. Find myself recommending them continuously.

The service at Nalley Infiniti Atlanta is go great that I drive past other Infiniti dealerships to give them my business. The service and accommodations are great. I can comfortably work from one of their office spaces or hang out in a private room with my kids while I wait… even thought they are quick and get me in and out every time!

The Service Customer Service Rep.

The Service Customer Service Rep. Sam S.)was great. They service team finished the work precisely in the time promised. The car was cleaned inside and out. My only issue is that I scheduled my service appointment in response to an email that indicted that I would receive a 40% discount on a service, but, I realized after I paid the bill that I was provided only a 15% discount on the service ticket.
