Crooks and liars sums it up

Salespeople are garbage. Sold my wife an extended warranty we don't need. (she didn't know any better). I should not have sent her by herself. The whole experience here was unpleasant. This dealership is unethical with there practice on selling cars.

Service Advidor was very courteous and provided excellent

Service Advidor was very courteous and provided excellent customer service. From the time I arrived to the completion of my service, I was kept informed of vehicle repair and it"s estimated time of completion. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone seekng an excellent service experience.

Very bad customer service .

Very bad customer service . This has been the second time in and no difference . Also my car was supieses to be detail and washed when I picked it up the car was just as dusty and dirty .

The service department is not trustworthy.

The service department is not trustworthy. I purchased my 2020 jaguar F pace S last year used. It has two main reoccurring issues that will pop up intermittently. The start/stop function will cause the car to power down in traffic presenting a serious safety hazard. While the car was in sport mode plus dynamic mode it would lock up in second gear causing me to have to pull the car over in traffic and restart it. Again another serious safety hazard. I’ve taken the car in two times to be serviced and both times they have performed vehicle updates and did test drives only to inform me that they couldn’t replicate the issue, but had fixed it. After leaving the dealership both issues were still problematic. I tried to call the manager, but he forwarded my call to a service rep. I advised the service rep that I had brought my car in two times having to catch Uber rides home; being without a car for six total days while incurring $80 in travel cost; and my vehicle was still having the same issues. I also mentioned that this was a safety hazard as it would happen in rush-hour traffic and I was almost rear ended when my car suddenly powered down. Avery advised me that there was nothing they could do unless they could replicate the issue but mentioned that if I was able to record it they could provide additional assistance. Keep in mind it will be difficult for me to record an event like this, if I’m in traffic attempting to move the car for it to not impede other drivers. No-win situation. This was their solution for their customer. I then reached out to the manufacturer, who then advised me that the dealership should have raised my ticket to high priority in order to address the issue more effectively but obviously failed to do so. Since then the manufacturer has sent me an update, and I’m currently driving the car to see if the update has fixed the problem. I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase a car from here or to use the service department as they appear to be a shady and don’t have the integrity to be honest and transparent with customers in providing great trustworthy service.

Worst car buying experience I have had so far

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and from the day that I test drove the vehicle and realized it would be best for me to deal with my current leased vehicle and decided to hold off, my sales person had the worst attitude. As it turned out my husband went back 2 days later and bought that vehicle to surprise me and was treated horribly himself in a way that felt like our salesperson could care less about selling us the vehicle. Our salesperson told us to bring it back that following Saturday to get chips fixed on vehicle and get detailed as it still had all the dealer stickers on windows. We brought it back Saturday morning and again was "shunned" by our sales person and we ended up waiting 4 hours to get the vehicle back that was obviously not even vacuumed out and then when we asked about the chips we were told "oh that is something that you will have to come back for and just call me on Monday to schedule". I then asked if he could go over a few things on the car with me since I have not ever had this type vehicle before and I was told and I quote "I don't have time but will show you a few highlights". The app for my phone i was told to download and call customer service to get activated did not work over that weekend and actually showed the app was registered for that vehicle already with someone else so when I let my salesperson know this he told me to just call customer service back. I never heard from my salesperson on that Monday for scheduling my vehicle for the chip repairs and I waited until Thursday and inquired about and have not heard back. I emailed the sales manager and provided all this detail and never heard back from them either. This by far has been the worst car buying experience ever and I do think at this point I will just return the vehicle.
