Bought a 10 Tahoe at Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos. Had a very good experience with Shazette Sneed she was professional and made sure everything was clear throughout the process. Had an issue with accessories missing after the truck was detailed and she took care of it, that's why I'm giving low ratings on repairs and facilities. If all the other departments were half as good as Shazette this dealership would have 5+ star rating.

Penske chevrolet has been great. Our salesman Mark Wagner is the best. Very personable. We have bought two cars with him. Would go back again.

I was shopping for a new 2017 Camaro that had said it had only 200 miles on it. I drove 2 hours up to this dealership after hearing how they had this car in stock with the Labor Day sale. When I got to this dealership, they let me test drive a Camaro that was exactly the same, but had 1,000 miles on it. They tried selling this slightly used car to me instead of the original car I had wanted. After talking with them, they revealed that that car I had wanted had been used for 3,000 miles and was exactly the same price as a new car. On top of this upset, their sales person named Auto didn't know how prices should work around new and used cars. He tried persuading me to buy these used cars for their new price, and at the same time, gave us a vibe that he didn't want our business there. I was looking for a fair deal, and this dealership tried selling me their worst.

I had an amazing buying experience. Being a new driver I had reservations about buying a new car, my dealer gave me the time I need to think about the offer and when I was ready I just pick up where I left off.

Second, they were willing to still make deals. I walked away with the truck I wanted and did not pay an arm and leg for it.
