So I had resived a Call from Trent Hoffman asking me to take down the feedback here in Yelp and on dealer Rater .... I told them to let me borrow a car today August 6 2022 and he said No because the feedback i put up. On Aug. 3rd i dropped it off with Trent Hoffman and Brian drove it with me on that same day, Aug 3rd. He heard the noise and seen the sensors were not working. Brian on the other hand was in the back seat sleeping while Trent was driving. We almost crashed on the 405 while Trent was driving and the sensors did Not detect it & at high speed also. Trent said he was going to drive it himself after 6 days passed i called to ask for a loaner car and he said NO because of this review. My truck was parked at the same spot where it was originally put it after 6 days of not updating me. Now if something happens to me Trent Hoffman assistant sales manager And Brian Grosman Service advisor from Cerritos dodge is Liable.

Disappointed with this dealer

I got my New 2022 Jeep Overland used it for 4 days after

I got my New 2022 Jeep Overland used it for 4 days after started to have problems with it key not detected , check engine , when u brake a nocking noise and all they says it's normal what the F my changing service don't work the auto doesn't work Please do your research customer service at repair they all ignorant they keep you waiting for hrs and no help my truck been in series 5 times already

Took my truck just for oil change it took them 4 hrs with

Took my truck just for oil change it took them 4 hrs with appointment my wife was there with my grand kid they told her it will take 2 hours 3 hrs past she ask how much longer and the answer was we don’t know 🤦🏻‍♂️

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. This place is so unprofessional. My story with Cerritos Dodge. I have felt nothing but complete disrespect from the two service managers and the general manager. I have only ever gone to dodge dealerships to service my vehicle, and never have I been met with such disregard. So the MORAL of the story is don't go here. Go to Signal Hill or even Burbank. Save yourself the trouble and headache.

Cerritos Dodge always provided exceptional service. You don't need to pre-schedule your service timings at this location. Service Advisor Jake Farris was Fantastic. I brought my car in for service and Jake took time to listen to the problem I was having. He instantly got the issue and got it resolved the very next day. Thanks Jake & Thanks Cerritos Dodge for great service.

Terrible service!! I will never go back and will try to deter anyone from doing business there! Walked the whole lot without getting acknowledged by any staff although about 6 to 7 sales guys were standing comfortable in the shade the whole time. When I approached them and asked why no one has acknowledged us, one of the salesman replied "because you didn't ask"

Bought a 2008 Ford Truck salesman was nice guy but the scam was selling me alarm system for $ 1300 when I said No and having to go back and correct it never got my refund check promised to me in mail. Less than 29 days my truck broke down miles away on a trip I took and my $ 3500 warranty they said oh! You only have a level 1 service contract doesn’t help my $4800 service bill from out of state trying to get my truck back.. They dodged my calls and completely ignored my voicemails.. got a e mail after 6 calls I made. Never buy a car unless you have a high level of understanding the scam they try to add to the contracts when in finance office..

Russ, We appreciate your feedback. The powertrain service contract that you purchased does not cover any non-powertrain component. Our staff was in contact with you and provided you with all of the information that you requested. While we understand your frustration, please know that we can only help so much in cases like this. Had the item that needed replacement been a powertrain component, it would have been covered. Thank you again for your understanding

Can't really say much positive about this dealership....

Can't really say much positive about this dealership. Things started off well enough, a very enthusiastic salesman named Atiq responded to my inquiry about one of their Dodge Challengers. We had a couple email and text message exchanges and then sales manager Robert "Tool" Visser jumped in under Atiq's email address without introducing himself, which was awkward. From there we had some awkward starts and stops but I thought we were making some progress. We ran my credit, exchanged pictures and determined trade in on my current vehicle since I live a couple hours away. As often happens with car purchases it was determined they couldn't meet my ideal deal but said they might be able to assist me if I'm willing to adjust my budget and/or loan terms. I responded that it was possible and asked them to propose what they could do. This is when Robert the Tool Visser disappeared and I only had one more follow-up from Atiq who assured me he'd follow-up with Robert. I've followed up with both and never heard back from them again. Not sure what happened but it's clear this dealership is not that concerned with customer service or selling cars. My suggestion is unless you are paying cash and don't want to negotiate you may want to go somewhere else. This dealership is not looking to earn your business.

The dealer did contact me after reading my review. They didn't really apologize for not following up prior but also weren't able to meet my needs. If the dealer had simply said "we can't help you" before I wrote the review I would have understood (you can't always come to terms) but they simply wrote me off until they got a bad review. The review stands as written. Not a great dealer in my opinion. I was able to buy a car from another dealer and I'm very happy with my purchase.
