My son and I went this past Saturday to Cerritos Dodge Chrysler Jeep to purchase a Jeep. Our sales consultant was Diego. Diego was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was thorough in his explanations about the car's instruments, engine, and performance. He spent quality time with us and went over all the features of the car. My son test drove the Jeep and loved every minute of it. He explained the service department and he went over the hours of operation. It was great to hear that the service department is open on weekends and they offer a shuttle service. He also pointed out that Enterprise is also available on site if there is a need to leave the car for an extended time. After spending time with Diego we were taken to the finance department where we met with Frank. Our experience with Frank in finance was superb!! He was very calm, friendly, and professional.He shared information about gap insurance, extended warranty and anti-theft. Although we did purchase there was no pressure to buy. I believe my son and I got an excellent deal without having to haggle. We both love the car and we enjoyed the experience!!
