It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Was sold a SUV that was having problems from the time I got it home and now in the shop. Haven’t had SUV a week yet. Sales person never returned any of my calls and even after I went to the dealership he left me sitting in the show room without telling me he was leaving. I waited over 30 minutes without no one helping me. After going to the the counter the GM was very rude. Was told the sales person had to leave to pick up his daughter everyday at 2:30. On yesterday I went back to dealership only to get the worst service by the GM and still don’t have the SUV. They were VERY unprofessional and was refused my deposit back by GM! I’ve never been put down like they did me. Maybe because I’m a black female that choose to go to the car lot by herself.

Sumter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Rams tried to take advantage of my family of 6. They lied to us about the brakes and our almost NEW battery. They told us our rear brakes were at 3mm got a second opinion and the brakes are at 6mm. They told us our newer battery was a bad one, we went to get it checked from the company we purchased from while they still had our van and our company told us that our newer battery was good and not fully depleted. They got over $1400 out of us and we are not ever going back to them.

I have been buying cars here since 1995 and have had some past problems with them but now I will never return. I went today to get my oil changed under there customer for life program. When I got there I was told today would be my last oil change under the program. They pointed to a paper they had taped on the counter that read as of December 1st they were under new management and would no longer be honoring any customer for life contract the oil changes, batteries for life or engines for life contracts that were drawn up by the old management that was given to make sales. I just figure if they are not going to honor there own contracts then in my option they just can no longer be trusted at all. I will not be going back and I am sure there are going to be 1000s of Sumter residents that will feel the same way when they go in for a service.

Service repair very unprofessional, Scott spent more time flirting and making disgusting obscene gestures to me instead of helping my mother in law with repair

Shady and misleading sales team

Attempted to buy a car through the internet department. Do not bother. Department is slow to respond Does not answer questions. The price changes from email to email with no rhyme or reason. Sometimes the price is higher. Sometimes lower. Who knows! Then, without your questions answered, you are asked to send ND a copy of your driver's license to "my girl at the front desk" and fill out a credit application online. Set aside the incredibly sexist comment, why do you need my license? Why do I need to fill out a credit application? We aren't at that point yet. Finally, I give up and call George Mitchell. It's his name on the emails. At least he called back promptly Still, George did not answer my questions Instead gives me some long price break and rattles off incentives which do not match the those listed on the manufacturer website. In the end, George (the 'sales manager ') provides a another price, this time higher, way higher than the other quotes this dealership provided. I ask which price is correct, and George responds the earlier quotes are incorrect, and those responding to emails do not know how to price vehicles! So... why are they providing pricing? George, are you not training your sales team? Or is your team intentionally misleading customers? Either way, this is a shady dealer. Avoid at all costs!
