Great Set Of Car Salesmen

Duke Singelton helped me when I purchased my 2016 Chevrolet Impala and it is till going strong. Whenever it needs to be serviced I take it to them and they do a good job

The BEST car buying experience ever!

My wife and I bought a new 2017 Charger SXT Plus from the Sumter dealership in August. This was the most pleasant experience we've ever had buying a car- and we're almost 60 years old. George Mitchell (Sales Manager) quoted us a price OVER THE PHONE for this car that included everything-even taxes and title...everything. The final price out the door was exactly the one quoted by Mr. Mitchell. Ron Heller(Salesman) was very thorough and friendly in showing us the car, and we test drove it. From Megan(Meghan?) at the front desk to the wonderful finance man everything was exceptional start to finish. We haven't used the service folks yet. Don't know where the negative reviews for these good folks came from, but they almost kept me from considering going to this dealership...Boy that would've been a bad mistake!

Best buying experience ever!

My wife and I have been wanting a Dodge Charger for a while and have been watching SC dealership inventories and prices on their websites. Sumter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram offered us a deal on a 2017 Charger SXT Plus that Nobody could touch. To think we almost didn't check with them because of some of the other reviews on this website! EVERYONE we met and talked to was courteous and helpful as could be. Megan (Meghan?)-the receptionist- called us to respond to an internet inquiry we made, and George Mitchell -Sales Manager- responded with an e-mail. Ron Heller was the salesman who showed us our car and went with us on a test drive. We couldn't have had a better experience. It took less than three weeks to get our tags, so they had to have processed the paperwork quickly.

Communication

Poor communication. Would not quote me a price. I am unable to get to Sumter, trying to buy car for my duahter. Sales manager would not discuss price with me and I find out car was sold before we spoke.

Thug salesman

While waiting to take possession of my just purchased vehicle a previous customer approached the salesman and complained. I didn't think too much about until the salesman Bernard English told the previous customer to step outside and they would settle this . It seems that they were going to fight in the sales lot. I took my documents and left. This was on 03.03.2017, and I still have not picked up the vehicle and I will not pick up the vehicle.I have tried many times to contact this dealership by the telephone but I always get a message from the INTERNET GUY. RUN while you can....UNITED AUTO SALES WHERE YOU GONNA GET IT....bought another truck the same day at another real Dealership.

Worst dealership ever

I purchased a used truck form them. Was lied to from the start. The truck was in a accident and had sustained sever damage. My repair costs are $10,000+ . When you spend $8000+ for a vehicle you expect to be able to drive it. This vehicle had a bent rear end, disconnected emergency break, broken and damaged calipers, bald and damaged tires, damaged loose front drive shaft, damaged rear drive shaft, just to name a few. This truck should have never been driven in this dangerous condition. The dealership knew of the damage and didn't care, they promised if I had any serious problems they would help. They refuse to help at all, told me I am on my own. 55 days in it still has a lot of damage that needs to be fixed before it can be safely driven. It is taking so long because I am a disabled single woman, on a very limited income. I would not even give them one star if I could. This dealership in owned by Mark Adams.

GREAT SERVICE

Mike is a well knowledgeable person and states the facts. It was a pleasure and honor working with him. This man has the patience to deal with the stress a buyer gets. More people like Mike needs to be hired with your group.

Great service!

Just got my new Jeep Patriot from them and George Mitchell couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with! He actually works for you and tells you the truth rather than just trying to get you in anything and out the door.
