I was getting oil change. Service department supposed to check and fill fluids. Did not happen. Air filter was really dirty. I checked my self. No one recommended to tell me it should be changed. What is the point for customer to go after the service department to check if the services were preformed. Someone took my money for what.

Jeep repair

Jeep was purchased at Athens Ford and had a wonderful BUYING experience, however, the service department is terrible. The engine light came one and has been brought back twice for repair. Engine light is STILL on and have been waiting for an appointment call back from the service department since August 16, 2016 - It is September 6th
