Dealer assured me that I would qualify for the loyalty accelerator program when I turned in my lease, even after I purchased my car. After I turned in my lease I got hit with the bill for turning the car in early even after the dealer assured me repeatedly that I would qualify. Sticking me with a 3k+ bill and telling me that it was my fault for not informing my salesman of how I bought the car. And this was the purchase of a new E63

We had a great experience working with Doug on the purchase of our first Mercedes! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. RBM had the exact car we wanted at a great price. Living out of state, we made the three-hour drive to the dealership and took the car for a test drive. After the test drive, we had our trade-in appraised and the rest of the purchasing process was seamless and quick. We highly recommend working with Doug and would absolutely purchase another car from RBM!
