My husband and I have been car shopping for 3-4 weeks. Test driving and researching all vehicles in the range we were comfortable with. As a last minute decision on our way home from work, we visited RBM and were greeted by Steve Edwards. He was gracious, listened to what we seemed to be interested in and allowed us to test drive a GLK--with no pressure given. We were very impressed with the GLK as well as the service Mr. Edwards provided. It was getting very late and there was no hesitation whatsoever with his staying past hours to help us out. We ended up buying our first Mercedes, and it will most likely not be our last. Thank you Steve!

I have purchased several cars from RBM, mostly from the same sales person,Charlie Vaccaro. On this last visit I walked in to the show room and he was on the floor. He called me by my name and asked how I was doing. After telling him I was interested in a new car, we went into the office to see what was available. After determing that there was one one car model on the lot that I liked, but it was the wrong color, he spent considerable time on the computor looking for what I wanted. It took a while until he found the right car with the right color, interior, and equipment. I believe it was Tuesday or Wednesday and he thought the car would come in with-in a few days. He called me on the following Monday, said the car was in, and they'd have it ready for me by 12-1 o'clock. When I arrived, the car was ready and all I had to do was fill out the paper work. Even though my insurance company gave him a hard time transfering the insurance, he was patient, worked with them and got it done. I signed all the papers with(I believe it was Mr Kane)the finance dept. Mr Kane was equally nice, moved everything quickly, explained all my questions, what each piece of paper was for, and all the cost options of leasing the car. Before I drove off, Mr Vaccaro went through the cars features with me, and even called in one of his associates to help set up my cell phone to the car's system. A few days later I came back to ask a question on how something worked, and Charlie came out to the car and showed me. It's dealers and people like Mr Vaccaro and MR Kane who make it a pleasure to purchase a car, and make you feel like you are important to them. They deserve to be recognized for customer friendly approach and the quality of their people and service. Sincerly, Frank Phalen

I have bought cars from Steve Edwards in the past. Steve has always been upfront, honest in listening to what I think I want and allowing me options so that the completion of a possible sale will be what I really have chosen. Steve I think understands that the first sale is not the one that really counts. It's the second, third and fourth. I believe that Steve recognizes that honesty brings about integrity, a key for all of us for future relationships.

Recently, my husband and I were out car shopping and RBM was the third dealership we visited that particular afternoon. We have never owned a Mercedes, but were very interested in learning more about them. Steve was sent out to talk to us by the General Manager of the dealership. Steve took the time to find out about our needs and wants. We ended up buying our first Mercedes-Benz from Steve that day, even though that was not our intent. There was no comparison between the attention we received from Steve and the other dealerships we had visited that day. It was an awesome experience, which is something you don't usually say when purchasing a new car. We have already referred Steve to several friends and we only hope he is still at RBM when we buy our next Mercedes.

On the service side they are very attentive, thorough and responsive. When a repair or service is necessary, I have every confidence it is completed to their best standards. Sales, specifically Charlie Vacarro, have in similar fashion practice with honesty, forthrightness and adopts the role of trusted adviser. This is my third Mercedes and each time I have departed with the same level of confidence. I never 'stole' the car but always felt it was a fair deal. Will I return? Sure.

We dreaded car shopping in the past until we met Steve Edwards. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from RBM and from Steve. The first time it was a pre-owned ML350 and just recently the 2012 ML350. On both occassions Steve has gone out of his way to answer any and every question with knowledge and friendliness. His level of professionalism is unsurpassed. Actually I can't say anything bad about RBM because everyone including the Service Dept has been outstanding. I am relieved to have found a salesperson I can trust and one I know has our best interest in mind.

I pondered over wether to buy a Mercedes E350, I have been deployed with the government for over 4 yrs. I told myself that I wanted a car that would last and comes form a strong industry that does not cut corners when the economy is bad. I went to RBM after months of having the E350 on my screen saver. I knew it was the car for me but I wanted to ensure it was the right fit for my life and what kind of attention this dealership would provide me. I was browsing the selection that the dealership had and I was put off that they did not have the color I wanted. Before I left to rethink my choices I spoke with Charlie who gave me information I may need to bring me to my decision; I told him I was not ready to buy because I was not settled in Atlanta just yet. I ensured him I did need a car because the rental was really getting expensive. He was so nice and printed off some information on the E350 for me to review. After almost two months I came back, I had compared the Mercedes E350 to the M class Infiniti, Acura TL, and the BMW 5&7 series and none of them meet my needs and I was not feeling the Love of the Mercedes. The quality in craftsmanship was not there also none of those guys came out to the lot to see if I needed anything, I had to go get them to ask questions. I did not like that at all. When I finally did go back to the RBM dealership I meet with Charlie for many hours, I put him through the (Ringer). We did test drives, on the SUV's compared prices, He looked online to see if the color I wanted. He just went all out and was patient with me because he knew for me this was a big deal and he understood that. There was no pressure and that was very important to me because I didn't want to feel as if i was being strong armed into any decisions. I have to mention that it was so Hot outside and I switched heals to flaps to really give him the walk of the lot. I believe Charlie may have lost some inches around the waist in his efforts to sell me an investment. I am very happy with my Brand new Baby (2011-E350W) He will last for a long while. Thanks Charlie, I will bring you and Rick some more Pound Cake!

My wife and I just bought our second Mercedes from RBM. We dealt with Gerry Modzelewski on both occassions and could not have been more pleased with either Gerry or RBM. We called earlier in the week to let to discuss what we wanted and, when we arrived on Saturday, Gerry had a nice selection meeting our crtieria ready for inspection and test drives. The entire process was low key and professional. We had already done considerable pricing research on both our trade and the car we wanted to buy. When it came time to make the deal, there was some negotiating as is normal but, again, it was low key and professional, and ended at a net trade that we believe was very fair in light of our previous research. I would recommend Gerry and RBM without hesitation. Service after sale was great with our first purchase and we have every reason to believe that this will continue now that we have two.
