David Bush the salesman is outstanding. I was a little disappointed that the dealership did not offer to pick up all or a part of the repairs for my vehicle which they took in trade.

I am giving Hennessy Cadillac service a 5 star on my new purchase in the Cadillac family, not because they are perfect. It is because when they are not and an issue arises they take the moment to ensure to just NOT Fix the problem, they want you to be happy and have a great experience as you should. Buyer Beware

Over Two months later and our vehicle is inoperable. We don't have said vehicle in our possession. A brand new Escalade ESV and was sold to us as a lemon. The management here is a joke and are so arrogant that they refuse to intervene leaving is with no choice but to take legal action. Meanwhile we are driving a loaner (basically a rental) that they will pass off as new. We bought our last Escalade at Classic Cadillac but made the mistake of coming here because it was closer...NEVER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I should have known better with the racist behavior of the front desk clerk. She refused to even acknowledge us the entire time we were there.
