I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze from here and I can't

I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze from here and I can't understand how that saleswoman sleeps at night her knowing that she sold me a LEMON. OIL was blowing all over the engine and the exterior of my car. It was leaking oil really bad. I didnt even have this car but little over a year and. I had to get a new valve cover put on it and did the same thing. The car engine BLEW UP and I'm out of a car. I'll never go back here again.

Awesome

Bryan Stanfield was awesome. He was extremely professional and made sure I got the best deal possible. He made sure he got me in the vehicle I was wanting. It was a great buying experience. Will definitely be a repeat customer of Bryan's for future purchases.

Disappointed

I was not given a honest answer when I asked the price for a tire rotation- I was told $25.00 but the receipt showed twice that much ($49.99 or round about). Also, when I got back in my care I noticed the service person did not think it was important enough to add the little sticker to my window to show when my next oil change will be- I guess I will just have to figure that out myself. I was truly disappointed with this. Thanks.

I just left your dealer at 9.00 looked at a car for about 10 min ready to buy no help I guess y'all don't need my business this is the second time this happen nassia here I come

Sleazy

So get ready for the hocus pokus! Advertised price does not include a $4495 up charge. This is why car dealers have such a bad reputation!

Ron, my name is Adam Swithin, and I am the GSM at Team One Chevrolet. I completely understand the frustration with our addendum to certain vehicles. We do everything we can to assure that information is disclosed properly on each and every vehicle. Unfortunately on third party sites, we cannot control the output of information that they provide you; however, on our personal website chevroletofgadsden.com we include the package in each photo at the bottom, as well as a legal disclaimer that states we do have dealer added accessories. I do notice that you inquired from 3-4 states away from where we are located, which is why I made sure they included our addendum on our presentation of price and payments so that you had the MOST accurate and upfront pricing we could provide. Again, I apologize it was not to your liking, and I truly hope that these crazy times get the market back in line to the proper adjustments we are accustomed to giving on New Vehicles. Repair service

They are not very responsive to calling and giving updates on repairs. Every time the service dept rep said he would call by a certain time, it would be either way past the time, no call at all, or when I would call because I didn?t get a call, his response would be ?oh I was about to call you?. I believe we are past the days of good customer service.

We initially had an issue with service performed at the...

We initially had an issue with service performed at the service department and left a complaint. However, Saturday morning, the next day we received a call from the GM, Kevin. (yes Saturday morning). Kevin explained some miscommunication and promised he would correct our issue the next week. That is exactly what he did. My wife and I are completely satisfied with results. Along the way mistakes can be made and I am glad there are dealerships like Team One to make sure their customers are satisfied with the end product. Excellent customer service!

GOOD UNTIL AFTER THE SALE WAS DONE

WE HAD A FEW ISSUES WITH THE CAR BEFORE THE SALE WAS COMPLETED WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE FIXED TOOK IT BACK TO TOYOTA DEALERSHIP AND WAS INFORMED IT WOULD COST 500.00 TO FIX ISSUE WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE MY RESPONSIBILITY I THEN WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP I HAVE DONE THAT WITH NO RESULTS
