Mr. Benjamin is a good automobile salesman. It was the first stop for my wife and I to look at new small size cars. We had thought that if and when we did decided to trade-in our 2002 Honda CRV that we would get another CRV. However, we had heard a lot about how the Ford had improved in quality and thus dependability in recent years, so we decided to stop by Classic Ford and take a look. Without being "pushy", Mr. Benjamin was very aggressive in finding out just what style and type of vehicle we were interested in and succeeded in getting us to stop and look at what Classic Ford had to offer. Within a short time he had our interest in the Ford Escape and followed up by having different colors brought up for our viewing and subsequent test drive. He described and demonstrated the various features of the model we chose and we toured the facility and met department managers. We were impressed with the facility and management at Classic Ford and felt that we were offered a fair trade and reasonable price for the new car. Thus as a result of all the above and on a day we thought we were only going out to breakfast, we drove home in a what we think is a beautiful new car that we are very happy with at this point.

I found Classic staff to be courteous, friendly and extremely knowlegable of their vehicles. My salesman was Rico Gibson. He provided excellent service. He answered my questions and provided feedback that I definitely will need with my new Ford F150. I will definitely tell my friends, family of my experience at Classic's Ford. They are very honest and kept their word. I have been at other dealerships and left because of the high pressure of buying a vehicle that you weren't comfortable in buying. With Classics, I know I will love my new truck. I'm already telling people about my experience. It was no pressure and they worked with me. "GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE" Thank you Classic.

My wife and I are in our 50's and this is the first NEW car we have purchased. Midas V is the most caring and respectful person to deal with I have seen in a long time, I am in law enforcement and a retired parts store owner of over 25 years I know service. Now if your service department is as good as your sales department , well lets just say I have found a Home. I also own a Perfect 1989 f150 2wd and a 1997 Towncar. Fantastic service
My wife and I came to your dealership just to price out new cars and just to browse. Don was helping us and showed us at least 4 different vehicles, but none of them met our criterea. We were getting ready to leave and decided to take one more look and found one truck that had every option that we wanted in a truck, it also was the right color. Don took us on a test drive and we fell in love with the Truck. Don helped us so much and was very friendly and noligable about the features of the truck. It was a very good experience for us and Don is a very good salesman and one that I can now feel free to call a friend.

Very inconsiderate
We had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We contacted the salesman several times the day before we drove from Middle Georgia to Columbia, and a couple of times before we left to drive up and look at the vehicle, letting him know that we were en route. When we arrived, we were non-chalantly told that the vehicle had been sold at least an hour before we arrived. The salesman had our mobile number, and could have saved us at least 2 hours of our time by calling. Very disappointing experience.

Our experience while looking at vehicles and in purchasing a Lincoln MKZ was made extremely pleasant by the conduct of this salesman. He was courteous, knowledgeable and patient as our questions arose. All concerns were well handled and our questions answered. He showed concerns with the effect of the heat and offered us bottles of water as he showed us several vehicles. He was obviously effective-he made a sale much to our satisfaction. On our first trip out of town in the new vehicle, we were approached by a couple who admired the car and asked where we bought it. We recommended the Dealership and the Salesman (Mr. Andrew Moore.
