This is my 2nd purchase from Classic Ford and I will be...

This is my 2nd purchase from Classic Ford and I will be back for a third, fourth, fifth, etc... nothing but good things to say about these guys. Mack was a patient salesperson and made sure I got the best deal I could get for my money. He was personable and friendly and a pleasure to do business with. He was the exact opposite of the "car salesman" stereotype which is very important for success these days. He is definitely an asset to Classic Ford. The selection he showed me was satisfactory and I was able to choose the vehicle equipped as I wanted and in the color I wanted. Mike Humphrey, finance department, was also a pleasure to do business with. Mike was courteous and explained all the options in detail so I had the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision regarding warranties, GAP coverage, etc... All in all, it was another great car buying experience at Classic Ford! Now, it's time to enjoy my new vehicle!

My family came in to the Ford dealership just to see what Ford had to offer. We have been getting a new car every two to three years and my vehicle had a problem. The dealer fixed the vehicle but the service department was rude to my husband and I was not happy. Instead of making a complaint we were happy they fixed the car free even though we were over the mileage for the warranty, I was not sure I wanted to keep going with that company since the car was only two years old and already having trouble. Andrew Moore greeted us that Friday night and we expalined our situation and we were just curious about making a move to a new dealership. He was so helpful and really understood what we were looking for. We returned the next day to look around again. Since I recently changed jobs and make less money; I wasn't sure what we could do but knew we needed something dependable. Everyone at FORD was helpful and answered all questions and concerns we had. We have two small children and we were appreciative how the office accomadated our somewhat restless children as we tried to get the best offer we possibly could for our family. We knew what our budget was and we explained that to Andrew and his supervisor and they did EVERYTHING they could do to get us at the monthly payment we wanted. We were apprehensive at first but FORD really came through for use. When it came time to do the financing we sat down with Aaron Parks and he explained everything to us and found the best finance company that fit our needs. He had a great sense of humor that we enjoyed after a long day and not to meniton our kids were restless and ready to leave for a Birthday party but he knew just what to say to keep everyone calm. He worked fast to get us finished and on our way to our Birthday party, making sure he covered everything we needed to know. In conclusion our first time walking in the FORD dealership was one that we tell everyone about. We were treated with respect and great customer service. We explained our needs and wants and everyone worked hard to get us what we wanted. We were not just another person to make a purchase; we were treated as Family.

I gave all 5-great ratings, because both Mack & Michael treated us as if we were the only customers in the show room. Mack the Sales Rep. was very patient, as we looked at 3 different models, a MKS, MKZ and a Taurus. There was no high pressure selling tactics. This is a pet peeve of mine ( hi pressure selling ), I probably would of walked away if that was the case. Mack gave us his cell phone number and told us to call him any time of the day, if we had issues.

I loved working with Classic Ford of Columbia. I came to buy an advertised car only to find that it was sold. I was lucky enough to be hosted by Rico Gibson who committed to me that he would find me the appropriate car at the appropriate price. Within a week, I was behind the wheel of my new car. Once I visted Classic Ford, I just sat back and let them do the work. I love my car and I had a wonderful experience with both the sales staff and the accounting folks (Anthony). I can only hope that the customer servivce I received in sales is matched with the same friendliness and integrity that is have received so far because i plan to use Classic Ford for maintenance of my "new" Mustang.

RICO was very professonal with me and my wife, he explained every thing about the car including how to operate all of the controls and gadgets on the car,he also explained the care package and put us in touch with a very good financail person ,who was Mike Humphrey. Thank you Ford Dealership.!

Everything was great from the moment I spoke to the receptionist at the front desk. Hope introduced me to Nicole (sales representative) and an exceptional experience was in the making. The people that nurtured my visit from beginning to completion were warm and friendly, extremely courteous, knowledgeable about the automobiles, and sensitive to my financial needs and desires for purchasing a vehicle, and they were diligent in their efforts to get me the best possible deal with incentives. In fact, when Nicole came to tell me they could not get the vehicle I had selected within my price range, she had already taken the initiative to find that same vehicle (color and interior) with fewer upgrades (bells and whistles) for me to review and consider as an option. Then, I was most impressed with the general manager who came out to reassure me that they could help me find a vehicle and encouraged to take a look at the cars then come back and let him work out the details. And belief me, he worked things out perfectly for me. I got a brand new 2013 Lincoln MKS with all the upgrades (bells and whistles that were important to me) at a very reasonable price and monthly payment. Well Done!! Thumbs Up!! Keep Up the great work!!

I had an excellent experience at Classic Ford. I traded my 2003 Kia Sedona for a 2012. Classic Ford had the best price in a 200 mile radius on the vehicle I was looking for and also gave me top KBB dollar on my trade in. Jason, my sales person was extremely friendly and very helpful. Any question I asked that he didn't know the answer to he went and got the right person who new. When we test drove the vehcile Jason noticed it was out of alignment and had a realignment done on the spot while letting me take my trade in to get lunch. My only reservation about Classic Ford was the $499 Millenium Package and $399 Doc fees added to the cost of doing business. I understand the doc fee but the Millenium Pkg was an unwanted add. The staff was happy to reduce that by $300 to keep my business. The icing on the cake was when I left my garage door open and Ipod in my trade it. Jason dug them out and had them promptly mailed back to me the next day. All and all one of the better car buying experiences I've ever had.
