Don't take the drive
I like the folks I dealt with on the lot, but the business model for the company as a whole left me with a feeling of mistrust. I found a specific vehicle on Cars.com and confirmed the info on their website. The vehicle was perfect for a very good price. It even showed the MSRP and all of the discounts to get it to that great price. I called and made sure that stock number was available and set an appointment. I drove 30 minutes for this truck. He brings out the truck and I immediately knew, by the aftermarket upgrades, it was nowhere near the price advertised. The same truck, verified by stock number, was $15,000 more that advertised. I felt tricked, bamboozled, hoodwinked, etc. This was the carrot dangled in front of my face to get me there; just so they can say, "Well, let's go check out this other truck." Salesman told me he loses customers because of the same "trickery"; although, he didn't use that term. Unless you live down the street from this dealership or do everything over the phone/internet before signing, don't take the trip for that "great deal".

Family Dealership at Moss Bros
What can I say, my car buying experience took me on a journey that lasted 3 to 4 weeks. I test drove about 12 trucks and was in and out of different dealerships. This was a full time job just to look for a good vehicle and and get it for a good price!! lol. Then finally, one of the dealerships about 50 miles away from my home Moss Bros in San Bernardino was my last stop. My sales rep was Carl he showed me a few trucks took in my paperwork, appraised 2 of my trade ins all was systematic. I was in a huge hurry to say the least I mean who wants to be in a dealerships all freaking day? They were fast considering the amount of work to appraise 2 vehicles. Long story short they got me into a truck that exceeded my expectations something 10 other dealerships could not do. Every department treated me with respectfully and were very fast from financing, to car appraisal, and even picking up the second vehicle from my home 50 miles away from the dealership was all made seamless! This place is not joking around they are selling cars and trucks! So if your tired of playing games shop at Moss Bros.

New 2020 Ram 3500 Limited from Moss Bros
We just purchased our 3500 Limited from Moss Bros. San Bernardino. Both our salesman, JP Smith, and the finance gentleman, Josh Watson, were great. After spending months researching many makes and models of trucks, we found that Moss Bros. of San Bernardino had the best truck with the trim level we were looking for (Limited) for the best price. We contacted them via the website, and within 30 minutes JP contacted us, and was friendly and informative. We scheduled our test drive, and everything all set up for us when we got there. They run a credit check even though we already had a bankers check and were not financing with them. This is to validate and confirm you are who you are and haven't stolen anyone's identity. We respect this extra level of diligence. They gave us a great deal on a new (demo) truck, and were thousands lower than the other deals out there. The only thing that threw us off was the California sales tax. This was our first vehicle purchase in California, and it threw us off. However, we got a great deal for the 3500 Limited. JP did a great job to make this happen! We are now recommending JP and the Moss Bros San Bernardino to our friends and family.

Great customer service...
Great customer service... When they get to you. I had a 9am appointment and pulled into the service drive at 8:51am. I picked the second service lane, as it looked like the two cars in front of me would be moving soon. This was not the case. The #1 service lane had two cars also, but no one attending to them. TWO other cars that came in AFTER I did, in the #1 service lane were attended to while I waited and waited. Someone finally decided to come to my truck at 9:10am. Other than ignoring me when I first came in, I was well taken care of and service was performed promptly.

Oil Change 2005 Chrysler 300C
