I love my Dodge 1500 Warlock!

Gone are the days of finding a nice truck on Craigslist for a good price, and gone are the days of finding even a new truck with a butt-load of incentives to get you to drive it off the lot. Welcome to the post covid world, inflation, car part shortages, high demand and low supply (especially in the truck market.) So after months of test driving new trucks while scouring online (search tempest and auction sites)for used ones, I finally just decided to pull the pin and accept the fact that I wasn't gonna find some smoking deal in either arena. Trucks are just expensive these days and in such high demand. After failed attempts to land a gov deal on a low bid, I accepted that I wasn't finding a cash-buy that I could afford. I then found a new truck I liked on the Moss Bros. Lot. Ultimately both Rudy and Jacob were very attentive to my needs and in the end, we were able to work out a car payment that worked for my needs. They came up with some 'creative' ways to get me financed and we Landed in a place where I was content with what I was paying for. I live over 300 miles away from the dealership, (no cars for sale up where I live) so I had to fly down to a nearby airport and Jacob graciously came and picked me up and drove me to the lot to see the truck and sign the papers. I really enjoyed chatting with him on the way to the dealership. Really friendly and interesting person! I was greeted by all the staff, it was almost closing time by the time we arrived and everyone shuffled me along surprisingly quickly. We got all the papers drafted and signed and they were swift and professional in all aspects. The finance guy was also fun and easy to chat with and he got me out the door in no time at all. All the guys at the dealership were fun and easy going, and I even drove back the next morning and one of the sales guys helped me get the window sticker goo off after I had peeled it (really nice service, guys!) In the end, the entire experience was pleasant and they were all very cool. The bottom line is that I have a truck that I love, regardless of the sticker price. Everyone comments on how 'cool' the truck is, my 10-year old kid loves it and although I bought it simply to haul mountain bikes up and down the mountain, he wants me to drop and pick him up from school and ski team in it too (I think he figures he must be cool hopping in and out of it, lol). The way I see it, is that you have to love what you are driving, regardless of the sticker price and as long as you can afford the payment from month to month then it's all working in your favor. I'm happy to know I'll be doing minimal maintenance on the truck (just the basic oil change, etc) for the next several years, and that is worth the car payment (as opposed to buying a used car headache off Craigslist for what is now an overinflated price across the board.) If you are gonna pay an arm and a leg for a car, at least pay that for one you like! Once you accept the fact that there really aren't any 'deals' out there anymore, at least buy what you want, and find peace in knowing that the prices are only going to go up with inflation anyway! My family has 3 working dodge 1500 trucks in the fleet (hubs, stepdad and bro all have and love em) they all paid a heck of a lot less for their cars just a few years back and now their trucks are worth close to what they paid! I never thought that buying a truck would be an 'investment' as new cars were always such a massive depreciation, but somehow in our insane economy that is no longer the case. I know this is a long review, but I hope all this information is helpful if you are going through these thoughts. Moss has a huge selection of cars across many lots and I can at least recommend them with excellent customer service and friendly and attentive staff. I wanted to say Thanks to Jacob and Rudy and their team of highly professional coworkers. I really enjoyed my buying experience, I LOVE MY NEW DODGE! :)

I will go back again and l have been going to San Bernandino because of Mr Andy. He always do a wonderful job anytime l bring my car in for service. If l May add, he is a keeper.

Fast Service

We had an issue with our Jeep it turning off properly, scheduled an appointment for the next day. We were called that same morning and the car was repaired and picked up within a couple of hours.

Purchase of vehicle

Staff was very Attentive. Sale associate was helpful, and informative. Very direct with the purchase process. Answered all questions. The office area was clean and private.

Great experience!

I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family & friends. I came in for service on a Saturday I did not have an appointment but Jacob was very helpful and took me in as a walk in. I had called another dealer prior to coming into this one and they turned me down. Not at Moss Bros in Riverside their customer service was spectacular. As a walk in my car was returned within 2 hours not bad for a busy Saturday. I greatly appreciate their help and will be returning for future Services.

Great car purchasing experience. Sales and finance departments were outstanding and very helpful. Nice and friendly and going above and beyond for us. Very happy customers.

Recall service

Excellent service brought in my challenger for a recall then they let me know it had 2 recalls so it was nice to get them both taken care of on the same visit

Deceptive sales tactics.

Don’t trust them, I bought a car there yesterday, do your own math. I’ll never go back. Sales was off by 2,000, which I had to correct him. Numbers guys was off by 13k. We made a deal on previously negotiated terms eventually, but why would you try to get over on people. Greed.
