Purchase of 2018 Jeep, Renegade.

My sales person was Carl Jenkins. He was very freindly, and knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars, in my book.

Vehicle would not start

They called me the next day to inform me to pick up vehicle. No charge under warranty.

In the past - I havent been impressed with this San Bernardino dealership- but a recall brought me back and they provided me with A +++ from the service manager to Pedro who was my service rep _ thank you

Great Dealership

I purchase a 2021 Pacifica Touring L on line and your Internet Manager Andy Martinez did a great job of having the vehicle and paper work ready when we came up to the dealership. Everything was prepared and we got the van in no time at all. Great Salesperson and dealership.

Great Service

I purchased my challenger at Moss Brothers in San Bernardino a few years ago and find it easy to make appointments to service my vehicle there. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Pedro Perez Jr greeted me, took my vehicle, explained the issues, asked if I needed transportation in the meantime and I received email when service was complete. I felt confident in the service. My vehicle runs very smooth now. Great customer service too. Thank you.

Dodge Challenger

The trade-in price was fair and the dealer worked with me to the get the payments I wanted and all applicable rebates and I am very pleased with my 2021 Dodge Challenger.
