Great Customer Service

Ford of Upland is very personable with their customers. I had a easy and fantastic experience re-financing my leased car. I was helped by Hakim who is great!

Ford Escape

Kim Hawkins is my new service advisor she was amazing. I have had several bad experiences at Chino shills Ford and will not go there anymore. I live a few blocks from them. After my experiance with Kim I will be bring my car to her from now on. She listens to you and figures out what’s going on. I felt so comfortable leaving my car with her. Thank you

A true good experience

Wow! For a man who’s been buying cars for the last 30 years I have to say this is one of my favorite experiences. Drove to Ford of Upland all the way from Chino and now I feel it was well worth it! As soon as I got out I was greeted by salesman name Mina Mikhail Who treated me and my family with respect and dignity while keeping in mind that I am short on time he was able to get me a great deal and pay off my old vehicle no has a link Who treated me and my family with respect and dignity while keeping in mind that I am short on time he was able to get me a great deal and pay off my old vehicle.I had to run to a job site he help me finalize the deal just so I can come in and pick up. Mina and the store manager Mr. Z did a fantastic job and I will continue doing business now with Ford of Upland as a pose to Chino Hills Ford and Citrus Ford. I strongly recommend anybody who’s looking for a easy going genuine experience at a car dealership to visit Ford of Upland and ask for Mina

Everyone is awesome

The people is Service is awesome. Eric H Mark and Kim are great. John Engelhardt is a real stand up Operator. Destiny and Olivia on the phones are second to none. The techs are top notch! You'll never come across a more experienced, loyal, and committed group of professionals.

Ford of Upland Is Awesome!!

After dealing with the nightmare of Sunrise and Citrus Ford’s service department, I tried Upland and I’m so glad that I did. Everytime I have an issue I call Steve Martinez and he goes above and beyond to make sure the problem gets fixed and that i am accommodated with a car to use meanwhile. Thanks Upland Ford!

Kamal is Fantastic!!!

When I got to the dealer, Kamal was very friendly and had great conversation. He listened to what I wanted and did not push anything except that. Kamal was extremely detailed and energetic. I definitely feel like this was a pain free shopping experience.
