We are a Jeep family, and in the last five years my family has purchased five brand new ones. A few weeks before Christmas I decided that I wanted to surprise my wife with a brand new Grand Wagoneer. The vehicle is pretty new and hard to find. I talked to numerous dealers around Southern California and the experience was horrific! I was lied to you about inventory, terms of finance, and even laughed at when I brought up the payment calculator that jeep has on its very own website as being something the dealer was not only not familiar with but could care less about. Fortunately I was referred to Ricky at Glendora Jeep. He didn’t give me all the answers I wanted to hear, but everything he told me was honest, true, and professional. I was able to pull off the surprise a day before Christmas. Even though the dealership had been ravished with Covid, they stuck around and gave us a quick, clean, and professional signing and delivery. Don’t waste your time with stores like Ontario or Orange Coast, go right to Glendora Jeep and ask for Ricky.

Dealing with Debbi Hafner was amazing. She is the sales manager and I will be buying another car from her in the future. Damian Cuevas the sales consultant on the other hand was terrible. Honestly if Debbi hadn't called me back after I called to complain about Damien we would have gone elsewhere to purchase the vehicle. Dealership staff was great once we went in to sign the paperwork but again just be cautious of Damien. He basically had me fill out all of the information online and once it was time to discuss the car he said "It is a sellers market and I can dictate any price I want" Car was listed for $53,980.00 online and Damien told us for this car was no less than $65,000.00 He is a crook and honestly a terrible salesman. Debbi is awesome.

A "No-hassle" experience! I went to the dealership on a Thursday and test drove a Jeep Gladiator Mojave. I couldn't make the purchase that day because I was leaving on vacation, but when I came back they allowed my wife and I to test drive it again. Needless to say we decided to purchase it. The dealership experience from sales, to finance, to talking with the manager was exceptional. I have purchased 30+ cars over the years and this was one of the best. I will come back for future purchases and refer my friends and family. Keep up the good work!
