I want to be thankful to Gerald salesperson. And also a special, thanks to Duke. And also thanks to Richard for making this dream come true happened for me, i say miracles do happen and it did happen to me at Diamond. Chevrolet. Thank you for my new Chevy, Colorado. I've never owned a brand .new truck..

My car sat there for 2 weeks and they never worked on it

My car sat there for 2 weeks and they never worked on it or did the diagnostic to figure out the issues. Then they tried to CHARGE me for work they didn’t do when I had it towed to a dealer who could fix it. They only communicated with me once, ignored my calls and messages, and were severely understaffed. My family member had to start going up there to check on the car and each time, it was just sitting there untouched where it was originally dropped off. The service advisor was uncommunicative and never at work. Another advisor Alan was so nasty and rude he made my blood boil. My family has owned multiple Chevy’s and purchased from this dealer but they will never get another dime from us. Worst car experience in all of our lives combined! If I could leave zero stars I would.

Really great dealership with great inventory and

Really great dealership with great inventory and knowledgeable workers. The lot is clean and well put. Jesse is the BEST!! Literally helped me until the moment I drove off the lot.

My experience at the dealership was very good.

When I received the keys to the vehicle they only had one

When I received the keys to the vehicle they only had one 3rd party fob and refused to give me another fob. The vehicle description on the window sticker included “auto start” as a feature but it’s not an option with the 3rd party fob.
