Customer service lacking

So... I bought a 2015 ram 2500 Diesel Laramie limited 4x4 from them used. It was still $50k with the extended warranty. When I asked a sales person for the keys so I could check it out he asked me if I knew that this truck would not have a $500 a month payment. I looked and my wife, frowned and said yes know. I should have walked then but it was virtually exactly my dream truck so I bit my tongue and carried on. So I go back to have the 80k mile service done. I was told one thing on the phone to get me there then had what I believe to be a bait and switch tactic pulled on me. I went to pick up my truck after the service waited several minutes without anyone saying anything to me. One guy says hey are you here to pay you can pay with her. Ummm ok. So I paid the lady asked her about the maintenance to which her reply was it’s all on the paper... so I just say where’s my truck? She said i dont know maybe behind that rack of tires over there. No one walks me to my truck no one goes over work done with me to see if I have questions. I am not offered a courtesy car. Nothing the customer service was 3rd rate at best. I did an email survey in which I was honest and candid. A lady from the dealer calls me to ask why I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone or come back. I explain to her in detail all the while she is defending the staff and not willing to change my perspective on my dealings. Then she informs me that I will be asked to do a survey on her at some point... never did she offer any sort of incentive to get me back in the door for a better experience. At this point I will never deal with Robert loher dodge again. Funny thing is my wife wants a new Jeep but I won’t be buying it from them.

Great Buying Experience!

Thank you Robert Loehr and Tim White for the best experience and delivery of my New 18 Sahara to Arkansas! These last 2 vehicles I have bought out of at least 60 has been the best so far. Thank u both !

Used watch out for the owner (Robert) the Gm Josh

C I've never dealt with a dealership less interested in selling cars. I made an offer on a truck. Simply said no. No counter offer or anything. I made another offer. I thought they were accepting my final offer. They asked if I was financing with them. I said yes. Never heard from them again. I was even pre-qualified through Chrysler! This whole transaction was with Lydell. This attitude is systemic. I test drove a truck before I dealt with Lydell. I offered to give the guy my number and for him to give me a call when he could give me his best offer. The guy didn't even attempt to get my number. This place does not want to sell vehicles. Don't know the guy's name, but he had a prominent facial features (I'm not making fun of him for that, but if you go to the dealership and see him, you'll know what I'm talking about).

Obviously have enough customers already.

I honestly don't know what to say. I sent a request for information and they never even bothered getting back to me. Obviously they have so many customers that they were not interested in having another one. Since they never even got back to me I have absolutely no idea as to their quality of repairs, or facilities. I do know, however, that the customer service is non existent. I am retired and worked hard for my money when I was working. I worked in some type of retail for most of 40 some years and to be totally ignored is simply not acceptable to me.

Pending pickup

Full review pending pick up on 8/3. Purchased vehicle on 5/1 and they are just now 'getting around' to fixing the things promised at delivery. If all things are fixed and customer service is better at pick up, I may change my review.

Useless warranty

Bought "maxcare extended warranty" combined with lifetime drive train warranty, both totally useless, not honored by dealership or chrysler, no more american cars for me,

My Daughter loves her new Jeep Cherokee!!

Lydell with the Robert Loehr Jeep dealership is amazing. The buying experience was excellent and the service since then has been perfect. I would and have recommended this dealership to all. My sister came and bought a new Jeep Compass just a few weeks after we bought this one for our daughter. Thanks Lydell!!!!!
