This place is awsome. I was traveling from Nashville to Florida when i had a roadside emergency with my Toyota Camry. There was not a Toyota dealership in Cartersville so I called the first dealer I could find and I'm so glad I did. Gary Champion the service manager at Robert Loehr Chrysler in that town helped me to eliminate a possible nightmare with his professionalism and got me back on the road. A big thanks to him and his whole staff.

I have been in many car dealership service departments in my life and the experience is usually not pleasant. This was different. I thought I had a big issue with my car that was going to cost me a lot of money but the guys at Robert Loehr really helped me out. I loved my experience here and got a great deal on my Jeep Grand Cherokee which I absolutely love. I worked with Jon Ellis in Sales and Billy Peterson in finance and they are great. They are honest, respectful and courteous. After my sale, I got a nice thank you letter and then coupons for oil changes. I am picky about where I spend my money, particularly when buying a large item like a car and the like.I would go back to Robert Loehr again and again and have referred my city friends to take the drive on up for good, old fashioned style customer care. It's rare to find a place still run like this where they value their people and customers versus solely the bottom line. Thank you guys!
