Overall the experience at Trotter Ford-Lincoln was awesome. I went to the dealership undecided on the car I would purchase. My intent was to browse and take notes in order to make an informed decision. However, I encountered Mr. Pettigrew, a true salesman. After a test drive and tutorial session, I drove away in my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid the same day. The MKZ is the smoothest ride I have ever experienced.I am very happy with my ride. Margie Bell

Nice people

I bought a 2013 Ford Escape and am having a lot of trouble out of it. The people at Trotters have been very helpful and understanding.

Could be better

Arrived early, so expected a small wait time, but not hour and half. Good job on oil change, but poor service time. Would be more effective if oil changes were done on certain days or set at certain times so customers can get in and out. Maybe more servicemen are needed. Any way to improve wait time would be greatly appreciated.

Great Service

The staff was very courteous and efficient. This happens every time I bring my vehicle in. I can't say enough good things about the service department and the dealership.

Great Service

My air conditioner in my 2013 Edge quit working and I took it in, I was given a loaner vehicle to drive to work and the service dept had my vehicle repaired by the time I got off work. I always receive excellent service from the entire staff.

Great repair job

Repair Shop managers very responsive to my needs and made a quick estimate. ordered parts nd called me within a few days. Took a little longer than I expected once I delivered the Truck to repair shop for repairs , but I had a rental furnished by Insurance company , so I was ok. Great repair job. Someone cleaned "most" of my truck after repairs , but left spots on passenger side that did not get cleaned. Overall it was a good repair - Thanks Trotter Repair Shop
