I only use Earnhardt and Show Low Ford, best service possible, both my Ford vehicle?s are like brand new.

White Mountain Ford overall positive experience.

White Mountain Ford had to get my explorer from another dealership. When the explorer arrived it had low profile tires on it, that would not work for the type of driving and where we live. The salesman Shawn was not helpful in resolving the problem; however, when Chuck Angell, sales manager, became involved he came up with an acceptable solution. He ordered and had installed 4 new all terrain tires with White Mountain Ford paying for $600 of the cost and we paid $483.

Very Nice car

The salesman, Royal Deal, was very pleasant to work with. Buying a new car is not fun, I don't like it. It takes a lot of time, but Mr. Deal and the other gentlemen we dealt with were patient and friendly.

Advertised rebate does not match actual rebate. That made me feel like I was taken advantage of.

The Best Customer Service!

I took my new Ford Ranger in for service (oil change) this week and I was greeted with a hand shake by the sales person that sold it to me and offered a ride, twice, from two different employees to the restaurant that I was going to wait in ? it was only one block away...They did a great job, too!

Horrible customer service from top down!

Horrible customer service from the top down. I took my 2017 F250 in for an engine light, front suspension issue and some electronic bugs. I setup an appointment and brought it in at that time. When I showed up, the SVC rep didn't know who I was and had to repeat what my issues were. They kept the vehicle all day and didn't fix a thing and just barely figured out what the engine light was coming on for. They said they needed it a few more days. I could not be without it so I scheduled another appointment where they could get me a loaner vehicle. Setup the next appointment and the SVC rep said they would have an SUV for me. Showed up at the scheduled time and once again they had no idea who I was or why I was there and then was told to wait in waiting area for 20 min at which time I was told their loaner was not there but I could pay for a rental if I wanted. Being fed up, I searched out the GM, who happened to be the owner. I expressed disappointment with what was going on and he proceeded to give excuses. He then proceeded to question me on why I didn't purchase my truck from his dealership. I did get a loaner SUV finally and left the dealership. 3 days later I called to check on the progress and was told that my suspension issue was that the rotors were worn which makes no sense as the issue was not under braking. I was also told the truck was ready. When I showed up I was sent to the waiting room for another 20 minutes as the SVC rep told me they were bringing up my truck. The rep then told me that they had to order a part and I would need to bring the truck back in. She handed me my key and went out to no truck. The truck was parked on the other side of their lot. I called the next day to setup an appointment to get the part installed and asked how long it would take. The SVC manager told me he had no idea and he would not be able to give me that information. At this point, I've given up with them and will find another dealership to do the work. The funny thing is that the owner Guy Hatch questioned me on why I didn't buy local and give his dealership a chance to sell me my vehicle. He wasn't concerned at all with my experience just wanted to know why I didn't buy from him. Stay away from this place! They don't care about customers and don't even fake it.

Awesome sales staff

I would like to thank ShowLow Ford for placing me into a 2017 Ford Focus SEL... I would especially like to thank Royal Deal and Chuck for bending over backwards and jumping through hoops to make it happen I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY NEW CAR!!! THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!

Horrible customer service

I've been to this dealer four times in the last two years. Always consistent; always bad. The service department refused to quote a price to change the spark plugs on my Ford van. They wanted me to just trust them. I spoke to the manager and he said they never quote service job prices in advance. I tried to buy a new car, but the service was horrible. I tried to buy parts for my other Ford van and the parts department guy told me that didn't stock any parts and didn't want to order them. I don't know what is going on with this dealership, but to me it seems they don't like customers. Simply the worst customer service I've ever seen at a dealership. I bought 5 new cars in the last two years; none from this dealership, that's for sure.
