We love our new truck!

Ok service but too expensive.

Good service but they charge too much for what it was. I thought it would be under the warrantee but surprise surprise it wasn't. What they did works and it was a smooth process but could have gotten the same elsewhere for less money.

Ridiculous Service Time

Took my F150 into Show Low Ford for rear brake pads and the heater was not working. Appointment was scheduled for the day before New Years. This should never happen when parts are going to be ordered for a repair. They ended up having my truck for 9 days for 5.8 hours of repair work. Unacceptable.

Love my truck

Enjoyed everything dealing with Bob since the last time I bought a 2004 Ford Ranger at the end of 2004. I was so glad the ranger came back out . Bob took the time to explain everything even to call me at home to see if there were any questions that he could answer.
