Great Service Experience
My engine light came on and I took my car (2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited) to my local repair shop. They were able to determine it was a computer issue that had to be remedied at a Jeep dealership. The dealerships close to me couldn’t get me in for 4 weeks! Wilson Jeep Chrysler Dodge gave me an appointment for the same week. Yes, it was a 45 minute drive but worth it. My appointment time was at 1pm. My car was being checked at 1:10pm by a service technician. A computer update was needed. It took about 1 1/2 hrs, which was fine because I was prepared with a good book. The dealership is clean and has a nice waiting area. All the personnel I dealt with were very courteous. THANK YOU to the service personnel and Wilson Jeep Dodge Chrysler. I will definitely come back if there’s a need.
