Service team was good. Only problem was with Mopar Warranty I purchased with the new car. They made it take longer to get repair done than necessary not Wilson's fault.

Very attentive to our needs. Greeted by manager/sales representative, then a knowledgeable service technician and then a service writer. Only asked once when we arrived with travel trailer in tow. We dropped the travel trailer in a suggested parking spot and they brought the truck in for diagnostic testing pronto. Within 45 minutes the verdict was defective battery. The ironic part was that we stopped the day prior at another dealership and they tested the battery per request. They tested it normal in the parking lot lacking genuine interest in finding our problem of needing a jump start in the morning. Very disappointed in that dealership. Wilson was right there to consult, diagnose and solve the issue with honesty and authority. I highly recommend this dealership for honest service and friendliness. A-1 in my book. We will keep them in mind next time as we pass through again.

I ordered my New Ram TRX on 12/7/2021, knowing upfront that it would take a long time for delivery, Vern kept me updated on the progress and as soon as it was delivered he had everything ready when I arrived for pick up.

Jennifer and Junior in the service department were very helpful, professional courteous and understanding in every way possible. Truly an example of good customer service!! The receptionist was always very cordial as well.

I can appreciate their Quick and Quality service. The waiting area needs definite help but the service is what matters most.
