Great service

Larry gave excellent costumer service, and so did the shuttle driver. Both were very friendly.

Air bag light

I had an airbag light and it was diagnosed and a part ordered while i waited.

Great Services and Great Staff!

Made an appointment for recall services on my vehicle and it was the first time I was going to the location since I moved to the high desert and the service was exceptional and friendly. Amanda made sure I was informed of the time frame and when they would call me to pick up the vehicle and including asking me if I was going to require shuttle services. I was happy with everyone's assistance and would definitely give Sunland Ford a 1o star rating.

Great service, poor product

I have recommended your service department to several people. (One friend said that, years ago, they had an awful experience with your service, but was happy to know that things have improved.) My complaint is with the Ford product. I purchased my 2013 Ford Focus, used, in January, 2015. Since that date, I am now waiting to have the THIRD clutch arrived to be installed, and have also had to have the transmission replaced. But going back to YOUR service department, it was they who, after my first clutch was installed, notified me that the additional work needed to be done--all still under warranty. Safe on the Cajon Pass

Sunland Ford did a good job repairing my Escape. They went beyond to check out a concern I had with the brakes after they had locked up and confirmed that the car was safe for me to drive. This was very important to me as I commute the Cajon Pass every day.

Great Customer Service

Purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Love the car and the salesman, sales manager and finance representative were all helpful and very nice!
