my Ford F150 broke down in Barstow, CA and we had it towed to Sunland Ford Service in Victorville. one of the best experiences with a dealership I have had in a long time. Larry Largent our service advisor was very helpful and patient with us. They did a great job on the truck and kept us informed till it was done.

This is a no hassle, easy going, great buying experience with Anthony, Mike, & Christian. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that hates to go to a dealer. I have been to many dealers shopping and these guys are the best.

Credit inquiries from Sunland Ford are hard pulls
If I could rate negative stars, I would. Salesman requested birthdate and SSN for a "soft pull" to verify who I am. We also applied to Ford Credit which was a hard pull. Reviewing my credit report 90 days later, Sunland made a hard pull inquiry. Sunland later said the hard pull is required by Federal authorities to verify identity. Either the Salesman misrepresented himself, or was not properly trained. Either way I'm not going back.

TCM Recall
Sunland Ford's Service Dept. did a tremendous job in replacing my TCM on my Ford Fiesta due to a recall. You can't ask for better customer service (Larry). TYVM!!!

Great service
My Explorer was 4 years old, 34,000 miles. Wouldn't start. Turned out to be the fuel pump. Sunland Ford fixed it for free, turned out the pump is part of the drive train. Took a while because of how busy they are, but did a great job.

Sunland Ford is the best at taking care of their customers. Sherri took very good care of my issues by going the extra mile for making sure I was satisfied. My car was ready and she even had it washed which I didn?t expect.

Poor customer service
I had a scheduled a service visit online for 5pm at Sunland Ford. 3:45 pm the day of service Michael calls me and informs me that the online system that they recommend using doesn't recognize that they don't service vehicles after 4:30 and that I wouldn't be able to get my vehicle back today. I informed him that I live right up the street and I could bring it in immediately so I can get it back today so I have it for work tomorrow and he says he can't guarantee that I would get it back today . This is the exact reason we haven't been back to this dealer to purchase any more vehicles and doubt we ever will with a service department that falls so far below our expectations
