The sales people here are great! Unfortunately the service department does lack in quality. I have an unusual issue with my 2018 focus ST. The driver door... ajar chime consistently erupts on the dash display, and the doors try and lock, and the interior lights come on. Ultimately this problem happens when hitting bumps in the road going over 40 mph, or taking turns at higher rates of speed, so this lead me to believe there's a physical issue with the door latch, or loose wiring. The car is unbearable to drive. Once you initiate the problem it doesn't stop. After their diagnostic, they could not emulate the initial problem, and found no issue and suggested my car be looked at by their alarm guy??? I guess... hes an outside source, and I would need to take my car back and return it in a few days, so this lead me to believe they don't have a proper electrician on staff, or a tech with electrical cognition to handle such a "hard task at hand." Ultimately they are understaffed and deflected my work order, until they could get around to properly diagnosing the issue.

Russ is awesome! He took care of me and more importantly, my mustang. he even offered to rinse my car after. The great part is, the car was actually rinsed... unlike the previous guy who i always asked to rinse my car but never gets it done. Thanks Russ

First of all, Nick the salesman was awesome! very easy to talk to, did not felt any cockiness or pressure, all numbers, terms and details were clear explained.... 2nd, the sales manager Anthony never actually involved which is a big plus, I'm a manager myself and i know when there are so many people talking numbers to one customer, no one will feels good and Nick handles all by himself. I want to thank the sales manager to let his sales shin and take the credit to close the deal. 3rd, the finance manager was very nice and smooth, very calm when he went through all the paper works and numbers as you all know that getting a car is like having a baby, its a big decision to sign something this much. kudos to Josh.
