Having my car service. All the associates were helpful and friendly, they said it would be 1hr. an 45min and it was done right on time. Russell Moss was the person who helped me and even help me out with my Ford pass. Thank you!

I had my vehicle serviced at the dealership. They did a good job taking care of everything including making sure the valve stems on my dual wheel truck. The wait was a little long at three hours, but it was about what I expected from previous experience.

Ford F150

Met my needs perfectly! I told my salesman what I wanted and he delivered my son is very happy with his truck and it was a simple transaction!! I will definitely buy again from Sunland Ford when I?m in need of another vehicle!!

We met with salesman For assistance to set up our mobile phone with ?fordpass? app With his assistance the app was uploaded and functional in no time. Great customer service.

Sunland Ford Service Sucks!!!!

I have a 2011 Ford F-150 Ecoboost. A year ago the engine blew. I called Sheri Prince (service writer at Sunland Ford) and explained my problem. She said she wouldn’t be able to get to it for 3 months???? Given that info, I had the truck towed to Sunrise ford in Fontana and paid $16,000 to have the engine replaced. Less than a year later, January 14, 2022 the my replacement engine malfunctioned and I drove it directly over to Sunland Ford. I had no choice, the engine was making a loud banging sound. Sheri Prince had a mechanic look at it, he said it was a cylinder sleeve problem, probably need a new engine. Sheri said immediately said, that will take at least 3 months??? I though, how would she know that since I just pulled in 10 minutes ago? Fast forward 3 months to April 14, 2022. The only time Sheri called me was either bad news or $$$ related. At one point, I went 6 weeks with no update at all. I called her boss the Service Manager (Danial) and he made excuse after excuse with no ETA on a new engine or support of any kind. I decided to call the dealership that I purchased the F150 from (San Tan ford in Gilbert, Az). I spoke to Mark in the parts department and explained that I had been waiting for over 3 months with no movement whatsoever. He asked for my VIN. He punched it into his computer and said, “oh, you bought that F150 here. I said yes. Within 15 minutes he had 2 engines located that were available to for myF150? I was more than aggravated, I was down right pissed! I called Sunland ford the next day and asked to talk to the General Manager. I was connected to Wes and explained my situation. How can my truck sit in his maintenance lot for 3 months with no updates, but I got on the phone for 15 minutes and located 2 engine that were available. He was very nice and down to earth. He listened patiently and rephrased everything I said to make sure he understood it correctly. He said that’s not the way Sunland does business and he straighten this mess out, and he did. A week later, they had the new engine on the way, a few weeks later I had my F150 back thanks to Wes! I’ll never go back to Sunland Ford. They have the worst Maintenance Department I have ever seen. Sheri Prince and her Manager Danial are totally worthless and should be fired. They are “indifferent” to the customers issues and could care less if you get your vehicle fixed or not.

Bought a used truck!

Don’t ever buy a car or truck from them! I was promised a warranty and would receive a call back within a week! The minute I drove the car off the lot it had problems! I could not get anyone on the phone that would tell me what to do nor did I ever receive a warranty! Travis is a Liar! Do not trust him! Travis said he would call me back within a week but never did! Anthony was the one that sold me the truck. He seemed legit but the outcome was BS! If you are looking for a used car, I’d advise you to not go there!!!

They delivered exactly what I wanted

We were looking for a specific model with certain features, Jessica in Sales worked 3 days to find that special Ford Explorer at another dealership. Scott, Internet Manager, made sure it was available the next day at Sunland Ford. Andrew greeted us and then showed us our new SUV. He was personable very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the features Platinum Ford and how to enjoy them. The rest of our visit was not the best. The dealership was very busy and finance was backed up so we had a long wait. We left very late, deflated, but still happy with our new SUV. When management became aware of our less than outstanding treatment, they reached out to us and worked hard to make it right. That is why they get Five Stars and we will be returning. Thank you.

Owner

Ive had to bring my car here 3 times for the same problem and its still not fixed. It sat in the same spot for 5 weeks then they said nothing was wrong with it but it leaked transmission fluid everywhere. The truck alerted my app telling me there was a problem and you could clearly see the fluid everywhere. The collision assist keeps going out and they want to keep it for days they suck

Poor Customer Service

Just checked in for my SCHEDULED 7:15 a.m. appointment to troubleshoot my F250 diesel truck engine light, and was told the diesel technician doesn’t come to work until 9:00. I scheduled this appointment a couple weeks ago and drove an hour and a half from Big Bear Lake to make my appointment on-time this morning. I specifically requested an early morning appointment to minimize the amount of time I need to take off from work. I would have scheduled this work for another day/time if Sunland would have let me know the diesel tech begins work at 9:00. So, here I sit in the Service Department lobby for two hours before my truck gets looked at. Never coming back. Customer service fail!
